My name is Roy Wood. Together with my wife Pam, we have been operating our Chem-Dry Franchises since 1993. We attribute this longevity to our understanding that our business grows from our customers. We learned a long time ago, that word travels very quickly around our region in Southern Alberta. It has always been our goal to allow the “word of the mouth” phenomenon to make our company the last word in quality of service to the people of our area.

We want you to have us back, over and over again, referring us to your families and associates. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible service each and every time. We are that company that allows you to refer us to your friends and family with confidence. We are among the longest serving Carpet Cleaning services in Southern Alberta. We are the only Chem-Dry franchise in the area. We are one of the approx 5,000 franchises in over 40 countries. Chem-Dry has grown very quickly, to be the largest carpet cleaning organization in the world because of our unique, effective, environmentally-safe deep-cleaning process. Carpet manufacturers and unbiased professional observers in the industry rate Chem-Dry second to none.

We have combined the incredible technology of Chem-Dry with a sincere desire to serve and impress, that we may always harvest respect and credibility, here in Southwestern Alberta. As a home owner I know how difficult it is entrusting your home and valuables to a stranger. Opening you door to a technician from Chem-Dry will dissolve any apprehension immediately. Our technicians are not ‘fly-by-nighters’. They are true tradesmen. They have been with us for several years and each technician goes through months of extensive training and testing along with ongoing training updates to serve you better. Each of them can boast as to having cleaned several million square feet of carpet and other floor coverings – for they individually clean from ½ million to over a million square feet annually. There is not much that they have not already come up against in their careers cleaning carpet, hard flooring and furniture: either in residential or commercial settings. They are enthusiastic when it comes to sharing their experience with our customers. They are all very hard-working family men with character and integrity, who take pride in their manners and appearance.
